Very professional and courteous staff. We encountered some initial issues, but the rental agent did everything possible to resolve them, showing a great level of appreciation for their customers. Although it took us some time to get the car, the agent generously offered a $50 discount on the bill as an apology for the delay. We rented the car for six days, and when it was time to return it, a snowstorm hit.
