Received a letter in the mail from this company. Jake Hardman was the person to assist me with a refinance. His communication skills was horrible and he was very unprofessional. He had me gather numerous documents and would often be hard to get feedback from. Was suppose to be given a closing date by the end of May for the month of June. I have had so many negative experiences with this company that I am now ready to transfer my loan which is the first time out of 6 mortgages I have had. The last straw for me was when they increased my payment due to a tax increase that I was not informed of. I made the standard payment thinking everything was good. I received a few texts asking me to call them, so I did. When I called they told me about the tax increase and that my payment would increase. If you do business with them. They will treat you like scum. Literally every single customer service rep has a go pound sand attitude. You are not prepared for the level of disrespect. They move to humiliate you during calls. I would never recommend anyone do business with these people ever, not my family, not my friends, not my worst enemy.

Called ahead to drop off vital paperwork for my mortgage payment. Place locked down like a jail. Elevator and stairway. I called the number I had talked on 20 minutes earlier and was told by another misinformed employee that no one was there I drove away and 5 minutes later the person I originally conversed with tellse she is at the office. I was livid.
