Received a letter in the mail from this company. Jake Hardman was the person to assist me with a refinance. His communication skills was horrible and he was very unprofessional. He had me gather numerous documents and would often be hard to get feedback from. Was suppose to be given a closing date by the end of May for the month of June. I have had so many negative experiences with this company that I am now ready to transfer my loan which is the first time out of 6 mortgages I have had. The last straw for me was when they increased my payment due to a tax increase that I was not informed of. I made the standard payment thinking everything was good. I received a few texts asking me to call them, so I did. When I called they told me about the tax increase and that my payment would increase. Breaking the law by continuing to contact me after I specifically requested to be placed on the Do Not Contact list. I’ve been receiving multiple calls a day from different reps ever since I requested a mortgage payoff document. They intentionally claim it takes seven days to process, even though it doesn’t, which feels like an excuse for their team to call me three times a day during that period. If you do business with them. They will treat you like scum. Literally every single customer service rep has a go pound sand attitude. You are not prepared for the level of disrespect. They move to humiliate you during calls. I would never recommend anyone do business with these people ever, not my family, not my friends, not my worst enemy.
