Gene has bailed me out twice with last minute repairs to get my bike up and running. Very knowledgeable and very reasonable pricing.

Gene Bell is a credit to the bike industry. My Litespeed had a creaky bottom bracket, I was traveling in VT up from NJ. Not only did Gene answer the phone but he fixed it right on the spot for a very reasonable price. In no uncertain terms, he saved my trip. He even gave me a quick lesson in front der cable tensioning. Highly recommended.
