I have banked here for 8 years. Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful with any questions or needs I’ve had.
Needed a large sum of nickels- the wonderful ladies at this branch accommodated my request that day; even provided me with a bag to carry all the coins. The transaction went smooth. Super professional and such fabulous customer service something that is lacking these days. Thank you!!!!
My five stars are for the Mount Prospect branch. But I will be comparing this branch to the Des Plaines branch. The Des Plaines branch, I would maybe give one star to it. I much prefer the MP branch over the DP branch. MP branch makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. It does not have a cold feeling, like DP’a branch. Teller’s are polite, professional, and quick. Unlike the DP branch, tellers talk way too much to the ppint where it orders uncomfortable. I am the kind of person that wants to go into the bank. Do what I need ... read more
