Bad hours. Only open 9-5. How are people with jobs able to bank there?
Worst customer service, unfortunately I have to use this bank as it’s what my work place has for a bank. They take for ever and they can be rude just because you are not a direct customer. Based on my experience with them I would never be their client.
I have been dealing with Village Bank and other Wintrust Banks for so so many years and ALL the employees have been so kind. Dolly has been so kind and I have dealt with her on alot of occasions. Tommy really made an impression with me when I go to the cashier window. Both of them show a very genuine concern for people that they deal with. Keep up the GOOD work.
