June 9: Impossible to get anyone on phone. Message says some huge # of calls ahead of me; everyone with the same complaint, no doubt. I think management of this outfit is using the virus situation as an excuse for laziness and incompetence. I have a large check I need to deposit. Live at Luther Village with no car here.
