Kristina, Marty and their staff go above and beyond in order to ensure customer satisfaction. I transferred a lot of my accounts from another bank and it was a great decision. I highly recommend Wintrust Bank especially the Norridge and Des Plaines branches.
Best bank to bank with for both business and personal. Customer service is absolutely perfect. Any issues they call you right away and inform you. Great for lines of credit, personal loans, and give good advice on cash flow topics. Rates are also exceptional and the staff is amazing.
I have banked with Village for almost two decades (I started with Village when it was Amcore) and I have always been happy with both the people and the products. They are much more responsive than the "big banks" when it comes to questions and concerns and I have actually been called by my banker when we had a fraudulent transaction before the automated system caught it and sent me message. I highly recommend the Des Plaines branch of VBT in particular, but Village Bank and Trust overall.
