Booked an appointment online to open a business account and the manager did not show up for my appointment. The lady who tried to help me said I couldn’t open the account because I didn’t have an IRS letter from 10 years ago. Weird interaction.

We have been doing business with Village Bank ever since moving to Richmond five years ago. We were thrilled with the customer service we experienced with Allen Scherer and Mark Halstead.
