Towne Bank has ruined the Village. I liked Village for the simplicity. Service is mediocre. I really do not like Towne bank merger. Everything has come to a grinding hault with transfers. I run a business and constantly need to move money. I can no longer do this with their services. I will be doing my transactions elsewhere so I can actually use my money.
As the other review stated run far away, awful customer experience. This location used to be great but they’ve completely ruined it. Rude staff, constant issues, and zero interest in helping customers. Unbelievably bad experience.
