hands down the BEST bank staff i’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. i’m the GM of the jersey mikes up the street & Mica, Rob and Tony always brighten my day when i come in for my bank runs.

Customer service is awful. Machines are always down. Staff is always rude. Do not bank with Village on hull street!! Nicole always has an issue. Came in to open a savings account 15 minutes before close and she said they are closing in 20 minuets she can’t help me. That is unbelievable.
Went to cash out a check, quick and easy and the lady who prepared the cash was super nice.
Do not stand for underhand treatment. The public needs to be aware that every branch is part of a terrible organization. No professionalism, no empathy, not your “neighbor”. Add that to the horrible app/web experience and you have no reason to value your business with this institution.
