I lived there for 18 months , 14 months on 2nd floor, then moved to a smaller apt on the ground level. When I left ,I had difficulty getting my deposit back, plus some overpay . You must ask the cost for anything special, like helping you move from one apt to another, if you want your rooms painted a different color, fixing anything in your room, especially lifting or moving heavy furniture. My grandmother lives here. There was a mouse in her room and the facility director, Sarah, told her that they couldn’t do anything about it since it was after hours. My grandmother was understandably afraid to sleep in her room overnight. They did not provide her with any options on where else to stay, she had to call a family member to come pick her up so she could stay with them for the night.
