As an outsider looking in, I have observed many of their maintenance problems inside and outside of the apartments. Most of the saftey sidewalk lights are non functioning, their trash areas are littered with trash that only gets attended to around state inspection time. Many of the apartments have had water leak issues and the maintenance comes in and temporarily fixes the leak then never returns to do the necessary drywall repairs after the damage from the leaks.
