Amazing place. My dad has been there for a few months and he is doing so great. The place is so clean and the staff is wonderful I cant imagine a better place.
Sadly when visiting mom and dad today with a mask mandate 33% of staff weren't wearing then, 33% wore on their chins, 10% wore on mouths and not nose and 25% wore properly.
Village @Smith Creek has an amazing team that genuinely cares. My Father who suffers from dementia and Parkinson’s has been treated with kindness, respect and love. I don’t live close but when I visit each month I spend several days with him. I am there all day and I am overwhelmed with respect and gratitude for the amazing people that take such good care of our lovely ones. Eternally grateful!
Unknowingly my mom with dementia was moved here, when I found her I called and was given information and treated very kindly I've been sick but I'm going to see her today I can't wait the staff has been patient with me and understanding I'm sure the quality of care is much better than where she was! I can't wait to see her and her quality of care and life.
Best place for Joe..Melissa in Reece is the absolute best as well as Cindy in the kitchen and all the rest...I can leave him here knowing he's in the best hands...thank u all
