We were SO EXCITED to get our Mom into the Ballard Landmark! It was not as our friends had told us. Mom started Assisted Living in November... now it's almost August... they billed her for it but she did not receive the care, a missed communication between the staff. They promised an accounting and a credit then didn't do it.
