Jenny Williams just planned our flights and Jamaican resort. Answered every question I had. Verified by phone all of our special requests with the hotel itself. This was so easy and stress free from trying to figure out all of the travel websites I've done in the past. Definitely go back.
My dad just went in and asked for some help planning our trip to Europe. Once the lady found out that we already had purchased airline tickets, she was not willing to help and quickly told my dad to go wherever we purchased the tickets. Not very professional, in my opinion.
