We had a beautiful experience here. The team are very kind and experienced. I gather they're moving back to their original location. If they haven't already, the Crowne Plaza needs to provide more signage regarding where to go.
Had a lovely massage and scrub today. Really enjoyed the entire process. I think the aircon needs a bit of maintenance as it rattled every now and again during the treatment but still a 5 star experience. Thank you
Purchased thalgo products and did not receive 15 percent discount as advertised. Forwarded complaint to ombudsman regarding fraudulent practices and pending outcome.
I had a beautiful aromatherapy massage yesterday with a lovely staff member called Lux. The massage was so relaxing, Lux was amazing, it was the best massage I have had! I will definitely be going back! Thank you :)
