Visited as a notary. Clean, quiet, nice wide roads. I enjoyed visiting.
My dad & late mother moved to Villa Santa Cruz 55 & over mobile home park in 1991. Very well maintained (clubhouse, pool, hot tub, clubhouse bathrooms & saunas, roads, road lights). There is an RV parking lot & last I checked it is is only $35/month. If you didn't have to walk around Corcoran Lagoon, the park is only 4,000' from the beach. Residents own both the mobile home & the slip it sits on. They have never had a break, theft or vandalism.
