First, forget about it. Cheap rent, cheap service. First day I moved in they stole my shovel and my hibachi for camping. The fridge was not working and they made a hole in my kitchen floor. Now almost every week a small thing disappears from my apartment. They rent to anyone. Thiefs, easy women and alcoolic people. And if you want to pay to put a piece of furniture to the garbage they answer do it yourself or put it in their small terrasse of pot smokers. I would like to first alert you to the reviewer Annie Perreault. She is a spammer. As someone who is actually looking for a retirement community for a loved one she has reviewed every single one with her same rating for each . Please report her. Now my review of Villa St Louis is good. A nice community, Very friendly, Clean , Well run and helpful. The only issue is with the first response in the building. It can be difficult to reach a janitor off hours and this does hurt in an urgent situation.
