The owner needs to take classes in Customer Service The people who work behind the counter are extremely helpful & knowledgeable, but on my second trip to this business I had the unfortunate experience of having the owner wait on us and he was extremely rude to us as well as one of his employees. Great Service better prices than Depot Have been there a couple of times, Always found sharp people behind the counter. Products in stock and went out the door with the right stuff!! Needing to not wait around for someone to help was never a problem
Villa Park Electrical Supply They have a great selection of decorative lighting, fixtures, and fans. Much better quality and ranges than you would find at a Home Depot. You also get great personal service. We wanted a fan that was 2 different colors. They were able to custom order it to our specifications. We were very pleased at the level of customer service.
