I took my parents out of this place because they were being mistreated and neglecting human basic rights.....if you love your elderly don't put them in this place,they have ALOT of prac students operating this place,the costs they charge to stay in this place and the students that fill this place...CareFactor Nil.....100% quality care...NIL...Food is awful..they served cold food to my parents,they don't change bed sheets unless u ask,I ended up cleaning my parents room every Sunday,made numerous complaints to the aged care c... read more

My parents are beside themselves that I've picked a very beautiful Nursing home...its their first day and I'm heartbroken that they are really happy....thank you Villa Maria for u have made me emotional because my parents are very happy x very happy...Thank you GUYS
