My dad ended up there for respite care in his final days. Facilities are run down, not clean, his room had a large opening in the ceiling, which exposed pipes and wires. Facility is short staffed and my husband and I got extremely sick after visiting in my dads final days. I would not put a loved one there again.
Do NOT send your family here. Care is terrible, nurses are incredibly rude if you call after hours. Meals are not edible. Management lacks credibility. Admin never takes responsibility for staff or lack of staffing. Blames patients and families for complaints. Had I only known I would have gone anywhere else!
I cannot reach the staff. Phone rings 15 times then hangs up. I have tried to call 6 times today.I don't know if my mother is alive? Please, please.
Very bad place to work. If you leave the company they will not pay you. If they offer you. You will literally have to fight for your wages and never get paid for what you are worth. There are no offer letters when you start this way they try and get away with things. STAY AWAYB FROM THERER PLEASE> You find yourself so stressed out about working there
Bad place......these people only care about getting through the day and getting a check ... not the well being of their patients...
