I had friends that lived here because under previous management it was low income and seniors. The new management team when leases are up are doubling the rent with no renovations or upgrades. Disgusting thing to do to seniors. It was $750-800 for a 2 bedroom before. Now $1375 for a one bedroom as of this review.

Don't answer email or call poor management
My mother rents here, and the new staff that took over for the previous abusive superintendent is unfortunately not any better. My mother has been verbally abused once again, and this time, because of the old superintendent lack of management. A female staff member visited my mother at her apartment and yelled at her in her own home, of no fault, but just to take her anger out for the mistakes of others. Can never get in touch of the superintendent, I leave messages with contact information, no call, no email and nothing in mail box.
