Villa Italia’s staff are amazing, same thing with Danica who helped me a lot in the most possible way she can for my post shoulder surgery for respite care. The place is clean, beautiful, and the food is so good!!! Even the residents here are very nice and accommodating as well.
I manage the Pet Visiting Program at the HBSPCA and our visits to Villa Italia are truly incredible. We are so grateful for Melissa and Isabella for coordinating our dedicated volunteers and their lovely animals. Thank you for creating a safe and supportive space for our vulnerable community members.

My father was only at Villa Italia for 8 months before his unexpected passing, I only wish he had more time there. The staff went out of their way to make him feel at home. Lucy at the front desk would greet him every morning with the paper. Melissa and Emily would keep him busy with daily activities. Kim and her wonderful nursing team would check in on him when needed and keep me informed of any concerns that they may have.
