We feel so fortunate that our parent is at this wonderful facility. Every member of the staff—from the nurses and PSWs to the kitchen team—is incredibly kind and patient. We truly appreciate the attentive care they provide. Please enjoy some photos of the flowers and our pizza snack from last week!
I called just right now and reception is so bad and rude m really upset with the service. They should Fire these kind of people who don't wanna help out the customers. Actions needs to be taken I called the receptionist and she hvnt replied me back
Very bad management, they don’t know how to behave with staff. Treated with suspicion rather than trust.
The PSWs are very kind and treat my mother so well. They are respectful and bring her joy everyday. Thank you
