I have left multiple messages for 3 staff members to call me to discuss having my father becoming a resident there. No one has called me back. I don’t understand why they don’t call me back. I have been waiting for weeks. 😞

This home does a great job in fostering independence and advocacy for the residents. The Executive Director is a wonderful leader and takes great pride in setting an example for the staff to provide the utmost quality of care. Villa values what the residents want in order to enhance their home.

We feel so fortunate that our parent is at this wonderful facility. Every member of the staff—from the nurses and PSWs to the kitchen team—is incredibly kind and patient. We truly appreciate the attentive care they provide. Please enjoy some photos of the flowers and our pizza snack from last week!

I called just right now and reception is so bad and rude m really upset with the service. They should Fire these kind of people who don't wanna help out the customers. Actions needs to be taken I called the receptionist and she hvnt replied me back
