Great assisted living for seniors
The home is very nice & clean. Awesome veiw of the desert valley & the mountains. The staff are caring & loving towards the residents and the meals & desserts are homemade! One very important thing...the residents DO NOT sit in their wet or soiled diapers all day, like in so many other assisted living or nursing homes. Patricia Sanchez is awesome in that she runs 2 of these beautiful homes & sees to it that each & every resident is safe & comfortable. Thank you.
Bad place to work decent pay but management have psychological behaviors
Family owned and run. Beautiful home, beautiful views, the staff are wonderful caring people. The house is always clean, no bad oders, patients are always clean and cared for. Staff is very involved with patients, friendly and very caring. Small patient load, unlike a typical nursing home setting. My father in law lives there, we highly recommend Villas de Bella instead of ANY nursing home facility.
