RE: VC Dufferin/Lawrence location. While VC is a great place for seniors who require care, however, there are some kinks we would like to see ironed out. Families should be able to have access to the doctor on staff who makes weekly rounds, Dr. R. Battista. Family members should be able to speak directly to the doctor (not through a middle-person) concerning their senior's overall medical care. We have not heard of a doctor that we cannot speak to directly concerning our senior's care. Please consider changing this policy. I... read more
