I went into Villa this past weekend to ask some general questions about the facility and the young man I believe his name was Safa, was very welcoming and positive. He was very professional and the way he talked about this facility has definitely made me consider it as a potential option for my Grandfather. My mother was in Villa for 1 year. This LTC has very caring registered staff and nurse managers. The Villa nurses, the PSWs, the Dietary staff and the activity coordinators ——they really cared about my mother. They would make her smile. The food was delicious. The dietician and food mgr worked with us all the time. They had fun programs and celebrations. The Fidani wing has the garden we enjoyed and even new kitchenettes for the family. Do yourself a favor do not trust the social worker there, she does not have your relatives best interest. Will not do anything for your relative who is a victim. She simply disappears when you leave voicemail after voicemail. The entire place is corrupt. But hey, it's a paycheck for her that she doesn't have to truly earn. I would not disclose my relatives name as they will endure even more abuse and neglect and I am truly scared for them. Welcome to the Villa.
