Quality food, well kept and nicely laid out building, kind staff. Great proximity to parks for walks and views.
Management don’t know what they’re doing at this place. Place is understaffed most of the time and lots of miscommunication.
Great nurses and careaides. Horrible management/operational management, unprofessional, management does not know their own policies, makes up policies that benefit them, management is caught in lies constantly by staff, management and staff are divided which can affect resident care. Nurses are constantly working short staffed without any help or care from management.
