We only hear or see those reviews from people who had great experiences with this company. Those reviews helped influence my decision to use this company. I didn't have a positive experience & it needed to be addressed. I have addressed these concerns to the company & at this time waiting for a response from the company. The only packing that was required was to pack up the televisions, remove the wall mounts (unable to find the nuts, bolts or screws used to hold & remount the tv in place) & take apart the bed. BEST MOVERS FOR YOUR MONEY! I’ve been dealing with Viktoria Movers for many years. It’s always a positive experience. They provide a highest standard of services, very responsible and professional, always have great friendly crews, very detailed and knowledgable. I will recommend them in a heart beat for any local or long distance moving, packing or storage. They might not be the cheapest movers out there but you get what you pay for! Viktoria Movers is worth every dollar!
The move went well and they were good movers it seems at first. We moved within Calgary and I noticed after a few days one of our leather couches was all scratched up. I contacted Patrick Blodgett and he said he was going to look into it and contact his claims team if they could not resolve the issue. Ok so two weeks later still no response so I called back, he said he was busy so he had to process a claim with his claims team. Charles and Bill from Viktoria Professional movers where great, friendly and clean. Despite having to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs through narrow hallways and tight corners nothing was damaged! Thanks guys!
