About a month ago I bought a vape from there. I didn't have a bad experience at first. Two days later my screen was blank. I went in and he couldn't get it to come back on and accused me of dropping it. I absolutely did not. It still worked but couldn't see the screen so I politely left heartbroken. I just returned from shopping at Viking Vapor. I have been a customer since they opened in New Braunfels and have always liked the store. However when I went in today, the employees were not wearing masks nor did they put one on or offer to put one on when I entered the store. I asked about it and was told that masks are not required and that it was up to owners if masks were worn. Apparently leaving a bad review on their Facebook will get you harassed online as well as in person by their staff as well as customers if they find out where you work. Be very careful with what you say at this shop. Been here a couple times just because I didn’t feel like driving 15min to my favorite place. House juices are inconsistent, kind of unprofessional with the flavor testing (taste the liquid on my finger at a shop, really?), and the workers gossip about how they purposely screw with customers’ juices if they don’t... read more
the staff is cool. its a nice place to just chill and talk. they know what to look for and help you with anything
The employees are very helpful, and it's a awesome environment to be in. It is definitely my top Choice when it comes to a vapeshop.
This is the best place to go in town. If you just want a laid back experience then just walk in and sit at the bar. They have the best juice in town. Even their not so good juice is still better than most places. Customer service is great and its a real friendly environment. If you need help and the employee's are busy, just ask another customer.
I like the Viking vapor store they always help me out if I needed it thanks guy's and I wish y'all make peach lemonade juice already we been waiting for that for awhile now p.s.
Great customer service. They have a great selection fun laid back place to relax best juice I have any where in town.
Really laid back atmosphere. They know how to help when you have no clue where to start. They aren't there to get you in and out, although they can do that if you need to. They are there to build what feels like a family.
