Michael at the service desk is a gem. I brought in a sample of old style pine wallboard that I was looking to find and he went out of his way to research what I had, and where to get it. When it turned out that there might be someone else special ordering it from a competitors store he didn't hesitate to tell me even though it would mean I might purchase from the competition because it was the right thing to do.
I didn't know what to expect as NY expectations are always higher than reality. However, they always exceed them in service and merchandise. If they don't have it onsite they'll get it asap.
