We just got off the Viking Mars after 14 days of pure indulgence, exceptional service, great tours and the vacation of a lifetime!!! I was so spoiled by the food, the staff, the shows, etc. etc. I will NEVER cruise Cunard Lines ever again!!!!

FREE ADVICE!!! DO NOT USE VIKING TRAVEL. USE A TRAVEL ADVISOR/AGENT!!! We have a party of 18 people going on a cruise in November. They did not book us as a group and tried to have people on different flights flying to Europe and arriving at different times. it’s been an ordeal, trying to get people on the same flights and we were definitely a second, third or last thought for our Viking representative. Viking is a cruise line not to be trusted based on my recent experience. Our cruise was scheduled to start Dec 9. In mid November 60% of ports were canceled replaced by many days at sea. Some passengers were offered full refund but not I or my travel agent. We had first to agree to a cancelation with no refund & then fight for a refund. Eventually we were told that all of our payments would be refunded. But that didn't happen.
