If it weren’t for the fact that I’ve always had outstanding experiences here, I would have left zero stars. Unfortunately, as someone in the medical field, I was disappointed with my experience with Keiko Shigeno. There were noticeable gaps in basic physiology knowledge, and attempts to clarify or discuss these were met with resistance, which suggests a reluctance to learn.
