I had contacted this law firm to help me regarding a custody issue. I simply wanted someone to chat with me about a few things that I was worried about and was fully prepared to pay for a consultation. I called four separate times and was promised a call back each time and not once was my call returned. During one of the calls I spoke with a Candy who was rude and cut me off while I was talking. I would not recommend working with this law firm.

I applaud Viken & Riggins. Kylie Riggins was professional, organized, proactive, cost-efficient (didn't spend entire retainer), and caring. I would highly recommend this team.

Ms. Riggins and her support staff were amazing! I felt as though my concerns with beginning something that I was unfamiliar with were listened to as well as addressed easily. On the last day she took her time to explain everything to myself and my family member and eased away the rest of the worries. I highly recommend Ms. Riggins and her staff to anyone who needs this service. Very pleased.
