Vihta staff was so friendly and knowledgable, as I was new to the whole experience of the pods. They made me feel so comfortable during each of my visits and answered all my questions. I visit 2x a week now to do the pods for the relaxation and weight loss benefits and can definitely tell the difference in my mood and on the scale after just a few weeks.
After my fourth baby, one exercise and diet, weren’t helping shed the last few pounds doing this twice a week definitely helped with weight loss
Vihta sauna house is an invigorating experience and I am looking forward to many more visits. The Spa was just beautiful with a very serene vibe. The staff friendly and efficient. The sauna pods followed by a cold plunge was so invigorating and the rest of my day I had so much energy!!!
