I had a very disappointing experience with this transaction. I paid a substantial deposit and was led to believe I would be included as a tenant. Throughout the process, I repeatedly requested to be added to the lease. The documents I later received raised serious concerns. One of the documents I was asked to sign did not appear to contain the landlord’s signature, and I was left questioning whether it was a fully executed lease.
