My second time using Jason to arrange my mortgage after the first time two years ago. Jason contacted me as promised 18 months later to start the ball rolling for the remortgage process. My input into the process was minimal again, Jason takes care of everything and monitors for rate changes to grab the best deal possible, right up to the wire. I can't really fault the service we received. When we first started looking for a mortgage, my bank told us they essentially couldn't lend to us (based off only 4 questions). This caused an immense amount of worry. We were given Richard's details and he has been amazing from start to finish and we are now homeowners! He answered all of my questions (of which there were many, some probably silly) and has also sorted my life insurance. We would definitely use again

For anyone looking for an independent financial adviser, I recommend Russell Birtles. He is approachable and communicative and for me he made the whole process stress free.
