I registered with Vieuxtemps and was told in July that they were closing their brick and mortar store and that all credit must be used by November 2020. I have been trying to contact this store for 3 months now and have not received any information regarding how I can receive the items that were purchased for me. Future brides - do not register with this store!
If anyone has a credit due, you can say goodbye to that. Several friends are in the same boat. She closed up her shop and states that you can place orders via email. Three months have gone by and not a word!
