My experience with this organization can be divided into two periods. From 2020 to 2022, the staff, including individuals like Francis and Lee, were very welcoming and professional. They created a friendly and supportive environment. However, my recent interactions have been disappointing. The current team lacks transparency and accountability, failing to communicate effectively about processes or take responsibility for concerns raised by their community. This has eroded my trust in their services.
my Experience with this community was more than Ten years.Let me explain it in two category; back in 2015 till 2020 was very nice staffs and welcoming admission. Such as Francis, and Lee they were very friendly at a time. However, now I could state they’re BIAs completely disgusted, untrusted community, and they will be unable to notifying due to the process.
