Stay away. Took our money and dident file our tax. We had to hire an attorney to talk to the IRS. The IRS had no tax record of being filed in Aug. He said he filed in Feb. Then he ghosted me and my wife. Stay away from him.
Absolutely terrible, would not recommend to anyone. Kevin Vuong was supposed to file my taxes back in April, received our payment and when tried to ask him for update in may and june, was told to wait and wouldn't pick up my phone call, answer text messages or emails now in July. checking on the IRS website ro find out our taxes has not been filed… please beware and do not use this business!!!!
He is irresponsible, he hold my paperwork for couple months and never reply me back no matter he can done my case or not. I wish i could give him zero star. Work like vietnamse style
