Just received a very unpleasant call from Viera Tax, who had been doing our taxes for many years, insisting on a very big increase in the fee, even without seeing our tax documents. Although they had done a good job in the past, the attitude toward a loyal customer was terrible. I have stopped doing business with them.

WORTH EVERY PENNY This is the second year Ms. Stacie Gosnell has done my taxes, and I am so glad I stumbled upon her. She is fantastic. First and foremost, she is ethical and will ensure your taxes are done correctly so you don't have to worry about the IRS chasing after you. That brings great relief. Viera Tax compiled my tax return with professionalism and a very high level of attention-to-detail. I had what I would consider a fairly complex return that required itemization (VA Funding Fees, College, Sale of a home, etc.). Viera Tax spent an entire week corresponding with me ensuring I received every possible deduction I was entitled. Stacie Gosnell of Viera Tax Consulting is a friendly, meticulous, and efficient tax preparer. Not only did she prepare our taxes quickly, accurately, and at a very reasonable price, but she found deductions that nobody else had. Stacie takes a real interest in her clients; she reminds us about everything that is needed for optimal tax preparation and even helps us think about considerations for future years.
