Transitioning a loved one from their house to assisted living is often difficult. There are personal worries and uncertainties. There are also a lot of places to explore for assisted living and, believe me, they are not all the same. We moved my mother (& later my older brother) into Vienna Springs last year. Their facility is absolutely incredible and kept up very well. BUT, that's not what makes Vienna Springs a great place. It's the PEOPLE who work there that make it a wonderful place to be. My wife has been a resident of Vienna Springs for almost 3 months and she has been very happy with the staff there, the rehab therapists especially. Everyone treats her with respect and notifies me of any issues that may arise with her stay. Facility is clean and we can't say enough about the helpful aids, they help her get out of bed every morning and make sure she is ready for her day. I have been a resident for over 2 months and can not say enough about this place. The staff is excellent, everyone treats me with respect, place is clean and the food is mostly OK. Being a vegetarian I have fewer choices but they always accommodate me. The rehab therapists are so helpful getting me ready to go home again, they are all exceptional. Highly recommend Vienna Springs for short term stay and rehab.
I stayed at Vienna Springs in Washington Township for the last month. It was a very pleasant experience. Facilities were very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for any one that needs personal help . Sincerely Jeff Moore
My grandfather is a resident there and my family and I couldn’t be more happier with the care and love that he expresses to us on a regular basis that he gets there!! When we brought him to Vienna Springs from another facility, he was very weak, could not really bear weight and he needed help to do ALL ADL’s. Now my grandad can walk with a walker from a decent amount of length and he is able to be more independent with some of his ADL’s!
