The lovely staff are so accommodating, and friendly. Not only did I have to reschedule, but when I finally had my treatment I had a horrible head cold. I was expecting to be told that it wasnt advisable to have a treatment, but my therapist was happy to go ahead with it if i was. Natasha was so lovely, making sure I was comfortable. I had the Vie and Tonic which was so fabulous. Definately worth the yearly wait and trip from Sydney. Thank you all so much.
My Husband and I had a couples massage while on our holiday at The Pullman. Was so handy that Vie Spa was onsite and we could go there straight from our room and then straight to happy hour afterwards. Irene and Raphaelle were lovely and the massages were great for both of us with the right pressure and very relaxing. We enjoyed some champagne, tea and gelato afterwards. Would definitely recommend.
Best experience with Irene. I came for a facial as I have sensitive skin I asked a lot of questions and my amazing surprise was they use organic products!! Irene my spa therapist took the time to explain the different products and process. I left feeling fresh. So anyone looking for a little holiday treat do yourself a favor and go to Vie Spa Port Douglas

Had the most wonderful spa treatment with Raphaelle! 90 minutes of pure bliss. And the sorbet & tea after treatment was unique & delicious Would highly recommend the spa. 10/10!
