Terrible service. Le personnel est arrogant et grossier. Ils ne résolvent rien et ils s'arrachent à la clientèle. D'après mon expérience, le pire service des centres Vidéotron.
Service vraiment nul de la part de Maxime,il te demande de retourner un article que t'a jamais reçu si non il me charge 100$. Faites très attention lors de vos installations avec eux.faites leurs signé dès papiers pour ne pas avoir des surprises . Le service de Maxime mérite Zéro étoile.
