Super service et rapide
One of the worst service there. Went to the store on oct 1st in the evening, to purchase a new Iphone, and can’t understand why I was not treated the way a client should be treated.. You can see that they pick and choose on who they want to spend time with and care for, and who they want to shoo away.. Waited 30 mins, got served 2… i’m gonna say it, they’re racially bias. Glad I didn’t choose this company for my new phone.
Went to investigate a longstanding issue my wife was having with her data. Customer service wasn’t able to resolve but after 10 min with Odiel it was working better than ever. Cheers!
