J'ai eu un super service avec Émile. Vraiment gentil et il a répondu à tous mes questions! Je recommande à 100%!
Plus de 3 hrs au téléphone pour brancher Helix. En plus d'être limité à 100mo/s, c'est un véritable pain in the a$s pour avoir le Wifi et la télé. Vivement la Fibe de Bell ou encore StarLink...j'ai mis une étoile car il n'y as pas plus bas: pourquoi avoir arrêté d'installé la Fibe entre Ste-Louise et Rivière-Du-Loup? Les gens entre ces régions en ont besoin aussi. La limte de 100mo/sec date de plusieurs années derrière. Décevant.
