Service is great, but does not let you use the regular router browser gateway and now requires you to download an EXTREMELY limited phone app to control most of the router settings. The app crashes constantly, doesn't work half the time, doesn't actually do what it claims it is doing when it comes to controlling devices, etc. It is the most frustrating and garbage app I have ever used. It makes me want to rip my hair out daily.
