I called Videotron simply to ask about pricing, and the representative hung up on me TWICE. I wasn’t rude, I just had a basic question, and instead of helping, they chose to be dismissive and unprofessional. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to value its customers. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can’t imagine what actual service would be like. Extremely disappointed.
