Excellent service from Simon , who was able to answer all our questions with patience and understanding that we are all not as tech savvy as they are. Very kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend Simon for any service issues. My only issue is that there is a significant increase in the price of my new package/phone vs my old package.
