I needed to get a new phone and stay within my budget. I stopped by the store, and a HUGE thanks to Xavier—not only did he help me find what I needed, but he also helped me combine my phone and Internet plans, something the online service wasn’t able to do at first! If I need any other services or have any questions, he’s the one I’ll turn to!
I went to Videotron on Laurentides Vimont, meet with agent called Xavier, what a bad experience I had, I will never go to that store again. The guy started off giving me attitude, brushing me off, disregarding my need. When he realized that I won’t tolerate his bs, that’s when he started being nice, his whole approach is just unprofessional. He gaslit me, very condescending. I have never witnessed such a behaviour like this before. It has everything to do with my race. I feel very disappointed.
