If there’s negative star I’d definitely give negative 5. The company agent promised me cash back credit and after 4 months the refused to credit the Cyber Monday cash back. I had a bundle of 2 lines and phone and home internet they didnt honour their words. I suggest you go with companies like Fizz rather this misleading company
