I visited to change my mobile plan. They changed it to a better solution than the plan I wanted. It was the best service. I will visit again next time to change my phone.
I had a terrible experience with Videotron. Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, they treat people with disrespect and make everything more complicated. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
For some reason, Videotron allows scam calls to get through. Not sure why they’re not able to deal with this issue. I occasionally get more than 10 a day.
