Je suis déçue que l’on m’a dit que je devais payer 120$ pour qu’on m’aide à réinitialiser mes deux cellulaires. Alors qu’à chaque renouvellement du crédit retour , les employés sur place le faisaient avec moi sans frais. L’employé a même proposé de diminuer les coûts à 80$ pour les deux.
Je veux remercie à Mohamed Ali pour sont excellent travail , j’ai recommandé cette boutique fortement.
UNE RECOMMANDATION, FUYEZ CE POINT DE VENTE DE VIDÉOTRON. Le service a été médiocre tout au plus. Aucun accueil agréable, avec sourire pour ne pas dire que nous le dérangions.
